Mr. Murphy is a principal/member with the firm of Ackerson & Yann, PLLC.

Mr. Murphy has primarily represented mortgage companies, banks and other lending institutions throughout his legal career, though also representing other business and financial institutions.  His law practice is primarily devoted to defaulted or nonperforming loans secured by real estate, and to title insurance claims defense.  He has extensive experience in state court and bankruptcy court proceedings, relating to those areas of law.
