Robert M. Yann is a partner with the Louisville law firm of Ackerson & Yann PLLC. His primary areas of practice are real estate law, banking law and business law. Mr. Yann performs commercial and residential loan closings for banks, life insurance companies, investors, brokers and individuals. He maintains a general real estate and business practice, which includes leasing, contracts, formation of business organizations, condominium regimes, tax free exchanges, title insurance and title opinions.

Mr. Yann is a former Assistant County Attorney for Jefferson County, Kentucky and served as a Law Clerk for the Kentucky Court of Appeals in 1973-1974. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
